- You will be responsible for cleaner movement coordination, scheduling and the day-to-day handling of cleaner welfare, safety and HR matters.
- You will lead and work closely with our cleaning crew.
- You must be familiar with the use of cleaning equipment and processes.
- You will be the point person for handling of client enquires and feedback.
- You will be part of a team responsible for developing and reviewing work procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
- You must be able to oversee inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule.
- You must have strong communication, organizational and people skills, and be able to work under pressure.
