- You will supervise a team of cleaners ensuring that the cleaners carry out cleaning jobs to meet client requirements.
- You will carry out cleaning spot checks at client premises.
- You will train new cleaners on work procedures, use of cleaning equipment and also brief them on worksite safety.
- You will ensure that all cleaning equipment and machinery is well maintained and safe to use.
- You will be responsible for monitoring cleaning material use and to inform the Operations team when cleaning material stocks are running low.
- You will also manage all client queries and feedback.
- You will report to the Operations Manager, and be required to provide cleaning relief cover as needed.
- You must be physically fit.
